Description
The asset is an agricultural field that falls within the administrative boundaries of Agios Theodoros Soleas community, in ‘Pano Atsas’ locality, Nicosia district. It is situated approx. 2.4 km northeast of the community center. The field has an area of 7,358 m2, an irregular shape and even surface for its most part and is vacant. As per the official cadastral plan, the field abuts to a footpath along its eastern boundary and it is within a walking distance from an under-registration, asphalt road. Within the field there seems to be a makeshift-constructed unit. It is close to infrastructure networks and services. The wider area is agricultural, favors intensive and efficient cultivation, and comprises of plenty of vacant land, scattered residential developments and ancillary accommodation.
