Description
The asset is an agricultural field that falls within the administrative boundaries of Lasa Community, in ‘Koutsoulaono’ locality, Paphos district. It is situated approx. 900 m northeast of the central core of the community and about 1.6 km northwest of the densely populated area of Fyti Community. The field has an area of 18,395 sqm, is vacant and has an irregular shape and relatively smooth surface. It is landlocked, however abuts to a footpath along its northwestern border offering mountain views. Within its southeastern border there is derelict ground floor house (approx. 120 sqm covered area) with a swimming pool, currently in an unhabitable condition requiring major repairs/upgrading for any potential use. The wider area is characterized mainly by vacant parcels of land, most of which are used for agricultural purposes, while the rest are mainly contained by wild vegetation.
