The asset is a field which falls within the administrative boundaries of Pedoulas community, in ‘Litantzios’ locality, Nicosia district. It is situated approx. 1.1 km west of the traditional core of the community (center of the village), 850m. southwest of the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and 200m. south of Pedoulas – Kykkos main linking road. The field has an area of 3,679m2, an irregular shape with uneven surface, sloping from east to west direction and is vacant. As per the official cadastral plan, the parcel is accessed from a footpath running along its southwestern border. The wider area comprises primarily of mountainous vacant parcels of land with wild vegetation.
