Description
The asset is an agricultural field that falls within the administrative boundaries of Temvria community, in ‘Kavatzia’ locality, Nicosia district. It is situated approx. 400 m north of the community’s electric substation and 400 m south of St. Paraskevi’s church. The field has an area of 1,264 m2, an irregular shape and even surface and is vacant. As per the official cadastral plan, the field is landlocked, however abuts to a footpath along its northern, southern, and western boundaries. It is within the boundary of infrastructure networks and services. The wider area is residential, with all the characteristics of continuous construction core (narrow streets, old buildings, etc.). East of the assets there is plenty of vacant land and fields that have not been yet separated into plots.
