Description

The assets are five fields within Agros community, Limassol district. Parcel 680, of an area of 438 m2, is situated approx. 2 km east of the community center and 500 m north of the Agros – Palaichori main road and has an almost rectangular shape and sloping surface. According to the official cadastral plan it abuts a footpath along its northeastern boundary. Parcels 377 and 422 of 3,011 m2 and 855 m2 respectively, are located about 2 km northwest of the traditional core of the community of Agros and 1.1 km southwest of Polistipos community and have irregular shapes with sloping surfaces. They are landlocked, however close to Agros – Kyperounta main road. Parcels 2156 and 2157 of 168 m2 and 158 m2, respectively, are near the traditional core of Agros community and 3.3 km southeast of Dymes community, and have irregular and trapezium shape respectively, with sloping surfaces. Parcel 2157 abuts Triantafillou St. All the parcels are away from networks and services. The wider area is forested (pine-covered) at an altitude of ca. 1.3 km, and comprises of vacant parcels of land, fields, and sparse tree – shrub crops.
