Description
The asset is the ½ western share of a residential field (with a ground floor house) in Agios Andreas quarter of Limassol Municipality, at “Pano Koupalos” locality. It is close to Polemidia and Troodos junctions and Limassol-Larnaca highway, as well as approx. 300m east of St. Neophytos High School. The parcel has a land area of 1,873m2, an almost rectangular shape and flat surface. According to the official cadastral plan, it abuts to Roupel St. along its northeastern boundary which is a dead end street, while its northern boundary abuts to the Garillis river and its western boundary to a pedestrian road. The house as per the Land Registry, has been completed in 1980, has a covered area of 90m2 and covered verandas of 18m2. Within the other eastern half share of the parcel there is a two-storey house. The wider area is primarily residential comprising of residences of average construction quality, as well as apartment buildings.
