Description
The asset is the ½ northern share of a residential field within Kato Platres community, Limassol district. It is located approx. 760m north of the center of the community, and approx. 2km west of Pano Platres community. The parcel, with a total area of 9,365m2, has an irregular shape and a rather even surface and abuts on the Kato Platres – Foini main linking road along its western boundary. The wider area is rural, characterised primarily of sparse holiday houses and vacant parcels of land, and has water supply and electricity.
