Description
The asset is the ½ undivided share of an agricultural field that falls within the administrative boundaries of Pegeia Municipality, in ‘Skouloudjionas’ locality, Paphos district. It is situated approx. 2 km northwest of Pegeia City Hall and 1 km northeast of Pikni Forest. The field has an area of 9,700 m2, an irregular shape and uneven surface with a sharp south slope and is vacant. As per the official cadastral plan, the field is landlocked, however close to the Pegeia – Kathikas main linking road. The northern border abuts to state land and its southern border abuts to an under-registration footpath. The wider area is forest-pine covered and is characterized by vacant parcels of land and wild vegetation.
